Profile
As an Art Director, Graphic Designer and Illustrator I have developed an extensive working knowledge of design principals and techniques utilized in today’s advertising market. I have also assisted a wide variety of clients ranging from mom and pop shops to multi-million dollar corporations in their design and visual communications needs.
When I am not involved in a client projects I take time to enjoy my family and hobbies. In my spare time I produce an online custom vehicle magazine (automotiveSIN.com). I also unwind by spending time in my garage working on my 1995 Chevy S-10, 1970 Ford F-100 or my wife’s 1962 Studebaker Lark.

Work with all aspects of clients needs - in designing of company branding, web sites, print advertising and promotional materials. Meet with clients and direct printers, photographers, web developers, copywriters and other designers in seeing a job through to completion.

I oversee all aspects of producing this online publication (e-zine), I arrange and photograph all the vehicles featured, write articles, contract with freelance writers, layout and design covers, interior spreads, website design, development and maintenance.

Headed the layout of a direct mail publication Winners Circle. Responsible for the layout and html coding of all advertisers web advertisements/landing pages.
MotorWeb (Sport Compact Only) April 2007 - Oct 2007
Responsible for all company design needs from initial concept to completion. Worked with the Marketing Department, Printers, Publications and Web Developers to produce print media, web and promotional events/items for the company and their (3) web sites.
Tucson Lifestyle (Conley Publishing) May 2005 - April 2007
I was responsible for all in-house ad design for advertisers within Tucson Lifestyle and Tucson Lifestyle Home & Garden Magazines. Directed and designed in-house advertising and promotional materials for the company.

Skills
Software: Familiar with both a MAC OSX and PC work environments and operating systems. I am skilled in the latest design software: Creative Suite CS3 Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Acrobat, and Dreamweaver) and Quark X-press. I have a working knowledge of the following software: Flash, Adobe Premiere and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Entourage, and PowerPoint)
Media: Experienced in pre-press set-up and print production utilizing various methods and formats. Knowledgeable in print advertising, online media and search engine marketing.
People: Capable of working as a part of a creative team or directing other designers photographers, writers and illustrators.
